خودارزیابی معلمان مدارس ابتدایی نسبت به مساله سوء استفاده جنسی از کودکان و لزوم گزارش آن

چکیده

مقدمه: سوء‌ استفاده ‌جنسی از کودکان از جمله مواردی است که به کرات اتفاق می‌افتد و آینده  بسیاری از کودکان را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد. به‌ منظور کاهش این تاثیرات بسیاری از کشورها سعی دارند با تدوین برنامه‌های آموزشی به مقابله با این مساله بپردازند. یکی از جوامع هدف برای ارائه این آموزش‌ها، معلمان مدارس ابتدایی هستند که با توجه به ارتباط روزانه و نزدیک با کودکان می‌توانند در این راستا بسیار سودمند باشند. به این دلیل از آن ها انتظار می‌رود در این زمینه از دانش و توانایی های لازم برخوردار باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی دانش و نگرش معلمان مدارس ابتدایی نسبت به‌ مساله‌ سوء‌ استفاده جنسی از کودکان و ارزیابی توانایی آن‌ها در شناسایی و گزارش این پدیده انجام شده است.

روش کار: گروه نمونه این پژوهش شامل 62 نفر از معلمان مدارس ابتدایی شهرستان کرج  بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسش­نامه‌ای محقق ساخته بود که مقدار آلفای کرونباخ آن 86/0 به‌دست آمد.

یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد اگر چه این معلمان نسبت به اهمیت نقش خود در شناسایی و گزارش سوء‌‌ استفاده جنسی از کودکان واقف هستند ولی در عین حال دانش آن‌ها در این زمینه ناکافی است. 86 درصد آن­ها در این زمینه هیچ آموزشی دریافت نکرده بودند و به نظر می‌رسد در این رابطه از توانایی لازم برخوردار نیستند.

بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج فوق ارائه‌ آموزش‌هایی در زمینه تشخیص و گزارش موارد سوء‌‌ استفاده جنسی از کودکان در دوره‌های آموزشی پیش از خدمت و ضمن خدمت ضروری به ‌نظر می‌رسد.

Introduction:                                                                                                                                            

Child sexual abuse (CSA) is one of those problems which repeatedly happens and affects the future of children. In order to decrease the negative effects of CSA, many countries try to fight against this problem by developing new educational programs. One of the target communities for presenting these instructions is primary school teachers, who can offer great helps, considering their day-to-day and close relationship with the victims of CSA. Therefore, they are expected to have the knowledge and ability in this area. The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of knowledge of primary school teachers regarding CSA and their attitudes towards it, and also to evaluate their ability to identify and report this phenomenon.                                                                                                        

Material and Methods:                                                                                                                            

The sample group consisted of 62 primary school teachers in Karaj who were selected through cluster sampling method. To collect the data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used with a Cronbach’s alpha of 0.86.                                                                                                                                             

Results:                                                                                                                                                       

The analysis of data showed that although the teachers are aware of the significance of their role in identification and reporting of CSA, their knowledge in this area is insufficient, 86 percent of these teachers had received no instructions in this area and it seems that their ability to identify and report this phenomenon was not sufficient.                                                                                                           

Conclusion:                                                                                                                                               

Therefore, it seems necessary to provide them with proper instructions about identification and reporting of this problem in pre-service educational courses.
