اثرات پیش درمان تمرین استقامتی بر استرس ناشی از دوکسورو بیسین در موش های صحرایی

چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تاثیر پیشگیرانه 3 و 6 هفته تمرین هوازی بر تغییرات مقادیر HSP72 و CAT بافت کبد موش های صحرایی نر در پی تزریق حاد دوکسوروبیسین با دوزهای 10 و یا 20 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم بود. روش شناسی: جامعه ی آماری این پژوهش شامل 72 سر موش صحرایی نر 60 روزه که به طورتصادفی به دو گروه کنترل و تمرین تقسیم شدند. سپس گروه های تمرین به گروه های تمرینی3 و 6 هفته ای تقسیم شدند. .در پایان دوره ی تمرینی گروه های تمرینی نیز بطور تصادفی به زیر گروه های (دوز 10 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم دوکسوروبیسین و دوز 20 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم دوکسوروبیسین و سالین) تقسیم شدند. پس از گذشت 24 ساعت از آخرین جلسه ی تمرینی، دوکسوروبیسین با دوز های مشخص (10 و 20 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم) و سالین 9/0 درصد به شکل زیر صفاقی تزریق شد. پس از بافت برداری از طریق روش الایزا سطوح HSP72 و CAT بافت کبد اندازه گیری شد. نتایج: افزایش معنادار مقادیر HSP72 در گروه C/DXR20نسبت به گروه C/SAL دیده شد. تزریق دوز 20 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم پس از تمرین های 3 و 6 هفته ای باعث افزایش معنادار CAT نسبت به گروه های (3wEX/SAL) و (6wEX/SAL) گردید. نتیجه گیری: بهره گیری از شیوه های غیردارویی مانند تمرینات استقامتی میان مدت و کوتاه مدت قبل از تزریق داروی دوکسوروبیسین می‌تواند از طریق افزایش مکانیزم های حمایتی و کاهش استرس اکسایشی از سمیت کبدی ناشی از دارو بکاهد و به عنوان یک رویکرد پیشگیرانه قبل از درمان دوکسوروبیسین مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The purpose of this study, the preventive effect of 3 and 6 weeks of aerobic training on HSP72 and CAT liver levels in rats following acute administration of Doxorubicin at doses of 10 or 20 mg per kg. Materials and Methods: The study population consisted of 72 male rats for 60 days to randomly were classified into two groups practice. The exercise groups divided were into groups of 3 and 6 weeks training. At the end of the exercise training group was also randomly into the following groups (10 mg kg dose of doxorubicin and doxorubicin dose of 20 mg per kg and saline) divided were. After 24 hours, the last training session, the specified dose of doxorubicin (10 and 20 mg kg) and saline 0/9 percent were injected as follows. After the biopsy, the ELISA was used to measure levels of HSP72 and CAT liver. Results: A significant increase in HSP72 levels in the Group C / DXR20 compared to C / SAL was seen. Injecting a dose of 20 mg per kg after 3 and 6 weeks of training is a significant increase compared to the CAT (3wEX / SAL) and (6wEX / SAL) was. Conclusion: The use of non-pharmacological methods such as medium-term and short-term resistance exercise before Injecting drug doxorubicin can reduce oxidative stress by increasing the support mechanisms to reduce drug-related liver toxicity and a proactive approach before treatment doxorubicin to be used.
