رابطه سواد بدنی با بهزیستی روان‌شناختی نوجوانان : بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای فعالیت بدنی

چکیده
مقدمه: سواد بدنی با بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت ذاتی حرکت به کیفیت زندگی کمک می‌کند. بر این اساس، هدف از اجرای این پژوهش تعیین رابطه سواد بدنی با بهزیستی روان‌شناختی نوجوانان با توجه به نقش واسطه‌ای فعالیت بدنی بود.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی و با راهبرد همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانش‌آموزان مقطع دوم متوسطه مدارس دولتی شهرهای استان مازندران در سال تحصیلی 1402-1401 بود. بر اساس نمونه‌گیری مونرو (2005) تعداد ۶۰۰ آزمودنی به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های جمعیت‌شناختی، وضعیت اجتماعی-اقتصادی، فعالیت‌بدنی نوجوانان کوالسکی (2004)، سواد بدنی سام و همکاران (2016)، بهزیستی روان‌شناختی کودکان و نوجوانان استاوراکی و همکاران (۲۰۲۲) استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون یومن ویتنی، همبستگی اسپیرمن و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری از طریق نرم‌افزارهایSPPS23 و PLS3 صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که در همه متغیرهای پژوهش سطح نمره کسب شده در گروه پسران به‌طور معناداری بیش‌تر از گروه دختران بود (01/0>P). هم‌چنین بین سواد بدنی و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی نوجوانان ارتباط وجود داشت (001/0>P). به‌علاوه یافته‌ها مشخص کرد که فعالیت بدنی در ارتباط بین سواد بدنی و بهزیستی روان‌شناختی نوجوانان نقش واسطه‌ای دارد (001/0>P).
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش از توسعه سواد بدنی در مدارس به‌عنوان بخشی از رویکردی جامع برای حمایت از بهزیستی روان‌شناختی دانش‌آموزان حمایت می‌کند و باید توجه ویژه‌اى به توسعه سلامت جسمانی و روانی دختران نوجوان داشت.

The relationship between physical literacy and psychological well-being of adolescents: Investigating the mediating role of physical activity

Introduction: Physical literacy contributes to the quality of life by utilizing the inherent capacity for movement. Accordingly, the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between physical literacy and psychological well-being of adolescents, considering the mediating role of physical activity.
Material and Methods: The current research was descriptive and with correlational strategy. The statistical population included the students of the high schools in the cities of Mazandaran province in the year of 2022-2023. Based on the sampling method of Munro (2005), 600 subjects were selected using cluster random sampling method. In order to collect data, the questionnaires of demographic, socioeconomic status, physical activity of adolescents (PAQ-A), physical literacy of Sum et al. (2016), psychological well-being of children and adolescents Stavraki et al. (2022) was used. Data analysis was done using U-Man-Whitney test, Spearman correlation and structural equation modeling through SPSS23 and PLS3 softwares.
Results: The results showed that in all variables of the research, the level of score obtained in the boys' group was significantly higher than the girls' group (P<0.01). There was also a relationship between physical literacy and psychological well-being of adolescents (P<0.001). In addition, the findings revealed that physical activity plays a mediating role in the relationship between physical literacy and psychological well-being of adolescents (P<0.001).
Conclusion: Research findings support the development of physical literacy in schools as part of a comprehensive approach to support students' psychological well-being and special attention should be paid to developing the physical and mental health of adolescent girls.
