خصوصیات همه گیرشناسی مبتلایان به اچ آی وی/ ایدز تحت پوشش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز در سال های 1373 تا 1399

چکیده

مقدمه: عفونت اچ آی وی طی سی سال گذشته گسترش یافته و بی شک به یک چالش مهم بهداشت عمومی در سطح جهان تبدیل شده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین خصوصیات همه گیر شناسی مبتلایان به اچ آی وی/ ایدز تحت پوشش مرکز مشاوره بیماری های رفتاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز طی سال های 1373 تا 1399 بوده است.
روش کار: در این مطالعه توصیفی، به روش سرشماری 3710 نفر از مبتلایان به اچ آی وی/ ایدز تحت پوشش مرکز مشاوره بیماری های رفتاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. منبع جمع آوری داده ها نرم افزار کشوری ثبت مشاوره بیماری های رفتاری بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 16 و آزمون های فیشر، کای مربع و تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد.
یافته ها: میانگین سن مبتلایان 10.369±44.61 سال بود و 78.33 درصد مبتلایان را مردان تشکیل می دادند. از نظر وضعیت تاهل، بیشترین فراوانی مربوط به افراد مجرد (37.85 درصد) و کمترین مربوط به افراد همسر مرده (6.48 درصد) بود. بیشترین راه انتقال آلودگی، اعتیاد تزریقی با 2383 مورد (64.2 درصد) و کمترین مربوط به انتقال از مادر به کودک با 71 مورد (1.9 درصد) بود. در مقایسه اولین و آخرین رفتارهای پرخطر، رابطه جنسی غیرهمجنس از 41.50 درصد به 43.82 درصد افزایش یافته بود و فقط 5.37 درصد به صورت مستمر از کاندوم استفاده می کردند.
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته ها، انتقال بیماری از راه تماس جنسی در حال افزایش است. از این رو طراحی و تدوین برنامه های کنترلی موثر در زمینه رفتارهای جنسی بیش از پیش احساس می شود.

Introduction: HIV infection has spread over the last 30 years and is undoubtedly the major public health challenge in
worldwide. The aim of this study was to determine the epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS infected under the Covered of the Behavioral Diseases Counseling Center of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences during 1994 to 2020.
Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study, 3710 people living with HIV/AIDS in Fars province, covered by the
Behavioral Diseases Counseling Center of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences, were selected as a sample by census method. The source of data collection was the national behavioral disease counseling software. Data analyzed by Fisher test, Chi square test and ANOVA test using SPSS19 statistic software.
Results: The mean and standard deviation age of infected was 44.61± 10.36 years and 78.33% of infected were men. In terms of marital status, the highest frequency was related to single people (37.85%) and the lowest frequency was related to dead spouses (6.48%). The highest route of transmission injected drug abuse 2383 cases (64.2%) and the lowest was 71 cases (1.9%) from mother to child. Compared to the first and last high-risk behaviors, Heterosexual contact increased from 41.50 to 43.82% and only 5.37% used condoms continuously.
Conclusions: According to the findings, transmission of the disease through sexual contact has been increasing. Therefore, designing and formulating effective control programs in the field of sexual behaviors is felt more than before.
