تأثیر یک دوره تمرین ترکیبی بر میزان آدیپسین و مقاومت به انسولین در زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس

چکیده

مقدمه: آدیپوکاین آدیپسین یکی از پروتئین‌های مهم بافت چربی است که نقش مفیدی در حفظ عملکرد سلول‌های بتا دارد. هدف  پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثر یک دوره تمرین ترکیبی بر مقادیر استراحتی آدیپسین و مقاومت به انسولین زنان مبتلا به مولتیپل اسکلروزیس (MS) با سطوح مختلف ناتوانی جسمانی بود.
روش ­کار: در این مطالعه نیمه تجربی، 96 بیمار زن مبتلا به MS بر اساس درجه ناتوانی انتخاب و به سه گروه ناتوانی خفیف ( 44 نفر)، ناتوانی متوسط (26 نفر) و ناتوانی شدید (26 نفر) تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرین شامل 12 هفته تمرین ترکیبی، سه جلسه در هفته به مدت 45 تا 60 دقیقه بود. 24 ساعت قبل و 48 ساعت بعد از دوره تمرین مقادیر استراحتی آدیپسین و مقاومت به انسولین اندازه‌گیری و مقایسه شد.
 یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد اجرای 12 هفته تمرین ورزشی ترکیبی به کاهش میزان سرمی آدیپسین پلاسمای گروه با درجه ناتوانی خفیف منجر می شود (0.002=p). با این وجود، در گروه ها با درجه ناتوانی متوسط و شدید کاهش معنا­داری مشاهده نشد. همچنین، 12 هفته تمرین ورزشی ترکیبی باعث کاهش معنادار مقاومت به انسولین در گروه ها با درجه ناتوانی خفیف و شدید شد، اما در گروه با درجه ناتوانی متوسط کاهش معناداری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه‌گیری: به طور کلی، به نظر می­ رسد 12 هفته تمرین ورزشی ترکیبی می ­تواند از طریق کاهش توده چربی بدن، کاهش وزن و بهبود در کاهش آدپسین پلاسما و مقاومت به انسولین در زنان مبتلا به MS موثر باشد.

Introduction: Adipsin is one of the important adipose tissue proteins and has a beneficial role in maintaining beta cell
function. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of 12-week rhythmic combined training on plasma adipsin levels and insulin resistance in Multiple Sclerosis Patients (MS) women.
Materials and Methods: In this semi-experimental study, 96 female patients with MS were selected on the basis of disability levels and divided into three groups, low disability (n=44), moderate disability (n=26) and sever disability (n=26). Training program include 12 weeks combined training, three sessions per week and 45 to 60 minute for each session. Resting levels of Adipsin and Insulin Resistance were measured 24 h before and 48 h after training programs.
Results: The findings showed that after 12 weeks of combine training, plasma adipsin levels in low disability group significantly decrease (p=0.002). Also, 12 weeks of combined exercise significantly decreased insulin resistance in the low and severe disability group, but no significant decrease in the group with moderate disability.
Conclusions: Therefore, combine training induce changes in weight, body fat percentage, BMI and decrease the plasma adipsin level in MS women.
