مقایسه رفتار های ارتقاء دهنده سلامت و کانون کنترل بر سلامت در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی و غیر علوم پزشکی در سال 1396

چکیده

رفتارهای ارتقاء دهنده سلامت یکی از معیارهای عمده تعیین کننده سلامت است. با تعیین نوع کانون کنترل افراد احساس کارآمدی در افراد افزایش می یابد. در این پژوهش به بررسی و مقایسه رفتارهای ارتقاء دهنده سلامت و کانون کنترل بر سلامت در دو گروه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و غیر علوم پزشکی پرداخته شد.
روش کار: این مطالعه به صورت مقطعی تحلیلی بر روی 500 نفر از دانشجویان علوم پزشکی و غیر علوم پزشکی با روش نمونه گیری مطبق سهمیه ای انجام شد. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه های اطلاعات دموگرافیک و سبک زندگی ارتقا دهنده سلامت (Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile II) و والستون (Walton) بود.
تجزیه و تحلیل آماری با استفاده از آزمون های Chi-square، t مستقل و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه در نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 18 در سطح معنی داری 05/0 انجام شد.
یافته ها: یافته های مطالعه نشان دهنده تفاوت معنادار در حیطه های مسئولیت پذیری سلامت 001/0P<، فعالیت های فیزیکی  007/0P=، عادت های تغذیه ای 001/0P<، رشد معنوی 001/0P<، ارتباطات بین فردی 013/0P=، مدیریت استرس 001/0P< و همچنین تفاوت معنادار در کانون کنترل سلامت درونی 036/0P= و کانون کنترل سلامت بیرونی 001/0P< در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی و غیر علوم پزشکی بود.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان می دهد رفتارهای ارتقا دهنده سلامت در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی در وضعیت بهتری نسبت به دانشجویان غیر علوم پزشکی قرار دارد. لازم است در آینده مطالعاتی با در نظر گرفتن عوامل مختلفی که می توانند در تعیین کانون کنترل بـر سـلامت موثر باشند، انجام داد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: Health promotion behaviors are one of the key determinants of health. By determining the type locus of control of people, the sense of efficiency increases in individuals. The aim of this study was to compare health promotion behaviors and health locus of control in two groups of medical and non-medical students.
Material and method: This cross-sectional study was carried out on 500 medical students and non-medical students with quota-based sampling. The data collection tool was a Demographic Information, Health Promotion Lifestyle Profile II and Walton Questionnaire.
Statistical analysis was performed by using Chi-square, independent t-test and Multiple linear regression in SPSS software version 18 at a significant level of 0.05.
Results: Results showed a significant difference in health responsibility P<0.001, physical activity P=0.007, nutrition P<0.001, spiritual growth P<0.001, interpersonal relations P=0.01, and stress management P<0.001 structures and also a significant difference in internal health locus of control P=0.03 and the external health locus of control P<0.001 in medical and non-medical students.
Conclusion: The results show that health promotion behaviors in medical students are in a better position than non-medical students. In the future, studies are needed to consider the various factors that can be effective in determining the health locus of control.
