تاثیر ترکیب شیر سویا و تمرین بدنی بر تغییرات مایوژنین سرم زنان سالمند غیر فعال

چکیده

زمینه وهدف: سالمندی فرایندی چند بعدی بوده که با کاهش عملکرد عصبی-عضلانی و تغییرات عمده در هورمون‏های هایپرتروفیک نظیر مایوژنین همراه است. مداخلات ورزشی و غذایی باعث کاهش روند تحلیل عضلانی می‏شوند. هدف مطالعه حاضر، بررسی تغییرات مایوژنین سرم زنان سالمند غیر فعال در پاسخ به تمرین بدنی و مصرف مکمل پروتئینی است.
 روش بررسی: مطالعه نیمه تجربی بوده، 24 آزمودنی مسن با میانگین سنی 30/3±32/70 سال برای شرکت در این مطالعه انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی‎ها به طور تصادفی در سه گروه: کنترل (8= تعداد)، تمرین بدنی-شیرسویا (8=تعداد)، و شیرسویا (8 = تعداد) تقسیم شده و به مدت 12هفته (3 جلسه در هفته) در برنامه ورزشی-تغذیه‏ای شرکت کردند. مشخصات آنتروپومتریک، عملکرد بخش مرکزی بدن، سطوح مایوژنین در قبل و بعد مداخله اندازه‏گیری شد. داده‏ها توسط آزمون آنالیز واریانس دوطرفه و آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی در سطح معناداری 05/0p< محاسبه ­شد.
یافته‎ها: سطوح مایوژنین در هر دو گروه فعالیت بدنی+شیرسویا و شیر سویا نسبت به کنترل و پیش از آزمون بطور معناداری افزایش یافت (05/0>p < /span>). همچنین، عملکرد بخش مرکزی بدن در برخی آیتم‎ها تنها در گروه تمرین+شیرسویا نسبت به کنترل و پیش آزمون بطور معناداری بهبود یافت (05/0>p < /span>). مشخصات آنتروپومتریک زنان سالمند در هیچ گروهی تغییر معناداری نداشت (05/0<p < /span>).
نتیجه‎گیری: انجام دوازده هفته مداخلات ورزشی و تغذیه‎ایی تاثیر مشابهی بر افزایش سطوح مایوژنین داشت. مصرف پروتیئن اگر چه که باعث بهبود وضعیت عملکرد افراد سالمند در این مطالعه نشده اما می‎توان اظهار داشت که با افزایش سطوح مایوژنین در دراز مدت شاید بتواند قدرت و عملکرد عضلانی افراد سالمند را نیز بهبود بخشد.

چکیده [English]

Background: Aging is multidimensional process that affiliated with deterioration of the neuromuscular function and major variations in hypertrophic hormones such as myogenin. Different exercise and nutrition interventions clue to decelerate the muscle wasting. So, the aim of this study is to assess serum myogenin changes of sedentary aged women in response to physical activity and protein supplementation.
Methods: The study was quasi-experimental designs and 24 aged subjects with the 70.32 ± 3.30 years old were chosen. Subjects were randomly divided into: control (n=8), physical activity-soy milk (n=8), and soy milk (n=8) and took part in exercise-diet intervention for 12 weeks (3 day/week). Anthropometrics, core body function, and myogenin levels were assess pre- and post-interventions. All data was analyzed by two way ANOVA and Bonferroni post-hoc on the p<0.05.
Findings: Myogenin levels of both physical activity-soy milk and soy milk groups significantly increased compare with control and pre-intervention (p<0.05). Also, core body function significantly improved in some items in only physical activity-soy milk group compare with control and pre-intervention (p<0.05). Anthropometric features of aged women did not significantly change in any groups (p>0.05).
Conclusion: Twelve weeks of exercise and nutrition interventions had similar effects on the myogenin elevation. Protein ingestion although couldn’t improve the elderly function in the current study, but we could anticipate that long-term myogenin elevation may improve muscle strength and function of elderly.
