شیوع عفونت های انگلی درکودکان مهد کودک های شهرستان جهرم با استفاده از سه روش تشخیصی آزمایش مدفوع، اسکاچ تست و فرمالین اتر در سال 1392

چکیده
مقدمه: بررسی عفونت‌های انگلی علاوه بر این‌که شناختی از وضعیت آلودگی محیط و انواع انگل‌های موجود ارائه می‌دهد، نمایی از وضعیت بهداشت فردی، آلودگی آب و غذا و همچنین کیفیت دفع فاضلاب جامعه را نیز عرضه می‌کند. مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعیین شیوع عفونت‌های انگلی در مهدکودک­های شهرستان جهرم انجام گرفت.
روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی- تحلیلی روی 451 کودک مهدکودک‌های شهرستان جهرم در سال 1392 انجام گرفت. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت خوشه­ای و ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها چک‌لیست تهیه‌شده بر اساس اهداف مطالعه بود. والدین به مهدکودک دعوت و در مورد شیوه نمونه‌گیری آموزش داده شدند. داده‌ها با کمک نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 16 با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون مربع کای در سطح معناداری 05/0= α مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته‌ها: شیوع عفونت‌های انگلی در آزمایش مستقیم 1/7 درصد و درروش فرمال اتر 4/14 درصد بود. بر اساس روش آزمایش فرمال اتر شیوع ژیاردیا 1/7 درصد، آسکاریس 9/0 درصد و هیمنولپیس نانا 2/0 درصد و درروش آزمون اسکاچ، شیوع اکسیور 1/5 درصد به دست آمد.
نتیجه‌گیری: شیوع آلودگی به انگل ژیاردیا در کودکان مهدکودک‌های موردمطالعه بالاتر از سایر انگل‌ها بود. همچنین با توجه متفاوت بودن شیوع آلودگی انگلی در آزمایش مستقیم و فرمال اتر پیشنهاد می‌شود برای شناسایی و تشخیص این عفونت‌ها در کودکان از روش تشخیصی فرمال اتر استفاده شود.

Introduction:
Studying parasitic infections provides knowledge about contamination of environment and the types of parasites. It also provides a picture of health status of the individual and contamination of food and water supplies, as well as sewage disposal. Thus, the present study aimed to determinate the prevalence parasitic infections in kindergarten children in the city of Jahrom.
Materials and Methods:
This cross-sectional analytic study enrolled 451 kindergarten children selected by cluster sampling in the city of Jahrom in 2013. Data were collected using questionnaires. Parents were invited to the kindergarten for briefing and training about sampling method. Data were analyzed with SPSS16 software using descriptive statistics and of chi-square tests at α= 0.05 significance level.
Result:
Prevalence of parasitic infections was 7.1% in stool test, and 14.4% in formal-ether method. The prevalence of Giardia was 7.1%, Ascaris 0.9% and Hymenolpis Nana 0.2% and in the Scotch test. The prevalence of oxyoruria was 5.1%.
Conclusion:
The prevalence of Giardia infection in kindergarten children was higher than other parasites. Furthermore, due to the different amounts of parasitic infections in stool test, and formal-ether, it is recommended to use the higher-sensitivity formal-ether diagnostic method to detect these infections in children.
