بررسی میزان شیوع وسواس فکری عملی در شهرستان جهرم

چکیده

مقدمه:وسواس فکری­عملی از شایع­ترین اختلالات روانشناختی است که در صورت عدم درمان سیری مزمن،و به سمت تباهی ناتوان­کننده­ای پیش می­رود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی شیوع وسواس در شهرستان جهرم درشش ماه دوم سال 1394بود.

روش کار:طرح پژوهش از نوع توصیفی مقطعی بود،که با استفاده از روش نمونه­گیری خوشه­ای چندمرحله­ای تعداد 411 نفر ( 46-12 ساله) ساکن شهرستان جهرم انتخاب،و پرسشنامه وسواس فکری عملی مازدلی (1977) ازآنها به­عمل آمد.

یافته ها:نتایج نشان داد که 43% از آزمودنی­های مورد مطالعه دارای اختلال وسواس فکری و عملی هستند. به­علاوه نتایج نشان داد که میزان وسواس در دو جنس تفاوت معنی­داری دارد.در بررسی نمرات وسواس وابعاد آن در مشاغل مختلف نتایج نشان داد که میزان شیوع وسواس در زنان خانه­دار به طور معنی­داری بیشتر از سایر مشاغل می­باشد.و همینطور،بین بازبینی و شستشو در مشاغل کارمند وآزاد و در بعد تردید بین کارمند و خانه­دار تفاوت به سطح معنی­دار رسیده است.سایر نتایج نشان داد که میزان وسواس و بعد بازبینی در افراد با تحصیلات سیکل،دیپلم و فوق دیپلم  بالاتر از افراد با تحصیلات لیسانس بوده است و تفاوت به سطح معنی­دار رسیده است.        

نتیجه گیری:براساس این نتایج می­توان نتیجه گرفت که میزان وسواس در زنان بالاتر از مردان و در زنان خانه­دار بالاتر از سایر مشاغل و افراد با تحصیلات پایین بالاتر از افراد با تحصیلات بالا می­باشد.

Abstract

Introduction:

Obsessive-compulsive is one of the most common psychological disorders. It would be turned in to a chronic disabling degeneration if it is not treated. The purpose of this research was to investigate the incidence of obsession prevalence in in jahrom during the second –half of 1394.

Materials and Methods:

The overall design was sectional descriptive. The sample included 411 people 12-46 living in jahrom.They were observed by cluster multistage sampling method.They were given Madsly questionnaire.

Results:

The result showed that 43%of the sample had obsessive-compulsive disorder.Forthermore,the results  showed there that was in significant difference in obsession prevalence between the sexes.The Manova analysis about the obsession rate and its aspects regarding difference occupations showed that the obsession prevalence among house is significantmore than that others. Among obsession aspects,inspection and washing reach a significant level between the clerks and those who have free jobs.Also there is a significant difference between housewives and clerks in hesitation prevalence.The Monova result analysis showed the obsession level and inspection in people with lower education,such as those who are graduated from high-school or those who have Associate,s degree,is more than.People who have MA or higher degrees . This difference has reached is significant level .

Conclusion:

It is concluded that the level of obsession prevalence among women is more than that of men,s .Housewires are more obsessed than women who have other occupations . There is also more obsession disorder among those who have lower level of education than people with higher education.
