چکیده

مقدمه :

یافته های بدست آمده از ارتباط بین مادر ونوزاد درسالهای اخیر اهمیت افسردگی پس از زایمان را به عنوان یک مورد کلیدی در سلامت روانی مادر ونوزاد مطرح نموده است.لذا  این مسئله در اتخاذ تدابیر درمانی مطلوب درزمینه سلامت روانی مادران ونوزادان حانز اهمیت است ,که لزوم برخورداری از یک تیم غربالگری مناسب جهت بررسی افسردگی های  پس از زایمان را مشخص می نماید.

مواد وروشها:

 این تحقیق یک ازمون  ارزشیابی تشخیصی است که بصورت  تصادفی– خوشه ای  بر روی 230 نفر از زنان که در 8 هفته اول دوران پس از زایمان قرار داشته و به درمانگاههای زنان و زایمان مراجعه کرده اند   انجام گرفت . از ازمون ادینبورو جهت غربالگری بیماران و و از تست افسردگی بک به عنوان آزمون استاندارد استفاده گردید

نتایج:

نتایج تحقیق جهت بررسی حساسیت ، ویژگی وقدرت پیش بینی آزمون  نشان داد که حساسیت آزمون 8/65 درصد ، ویژگی آن 5/76 درصد ، ارزش اخباری مثبت آزمون 2/62 درصد ، ارزش اخباری منفی آزمون 2/  79، دقت تشخیص درست  6/ 72 و حدود اطمینان 95 درصد برای ازمون ( 062/0± 39/0)محاسبه گردید.

بحث:

باتوجه به نتایج بدست امده از تحقیق حاضر و سهو لت استفاده افراد ا ز ازمون  می توان نتیجه گرفت که ازمون مذکور به عنوان  ابزاری مفیددر کنار سایر روشها  جهت غربالگری  افسردگیهای پس از زایمان در زنان ایرانی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Postnatal depression is a keyconcept for mother infant mental health ,Evidence of its impact on mother –infant relationship has been increasingly in recent years.

Therefore optimal intervention is important for women and their babies mental health  .Identifying risk factors of postnatal depression and developing screening system are needed

Method :

Validation of EDPS was conducted on a 230 sample of women who were within their 8 week postpartum. structured diagnostic was  beck depression inventory that was used as the gold standard test.

Result :

The study of sensitivity , specifty and predictive values indicated  that ,the best (sensitivity in this test was (64.58),specify(76/5),positive predictive value (62),and negative predictive value was (79/2),fulse positive rate( 34/1),true positive rate( 23/4),accuracy of test( 72/6).

Conclusions:

It was concluded that values for the validity were respectable , but not excellent , the EPDS is a useful as a screening tools inside other clinical method  for assessing postnatal depression
