تاثیر عصاره آبی-الکلی گیاه گلپر(Heracleum persicum ) در دوران بارداری بر میزان آنزیم های کبدی(ALP- AST-ALT) و فاکتورهای بیوشیمیایی(آلبومین و پروتئین) در نوزادان موش های صحرایی نر

چکیده
مقدمه:کبد یکی از اندامهای حیاتی بدن به شمار می رود،که در تنظیم بسیاری از پدیده های فیزیولوژیک دارای نقش کلیدی است. در این مطالعه تاثیر عصاره آبی-الکلی گیاه گلپر(Heraclum persicum ) در دوران بارداری بر میزان آنزیم های کبدی و فاکتورهای بیوشیمیایی خون در نوزادان موش های صحرایی نر بررسی شد. روش کار: در این مطالعه تجربی از 40 سر نوزاد موش صحرایی نر نژاد ویستار استفاده شد که به پنج گروه هشت تایی تقسیم شدند. مادران آنها در دوران بارداری به سه گروه تجربی، یک گروه شاهد و یک گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه کنترل هیچ دارویی دریافت نکرد. گروه شاهد فقط آب مقطر دریافت نمود و گروه های تجربی 1و2و3 به ترتیب مقادیر(mg/kg) 400،200،100 عصاره آبی-الکلی گیاه گلپر ، روزانه به مدت 21 روز (طی دوره بارداری) به صورت خوراکی دریافت کردند. بعد از دوران بارداری و دوره 25 روزه نوزادی، از همه گروه های نوزاد نر نمونه خونی گرفته شد و میزان آنزیم های کبدی آلانین ترانسفراز(ALT)، آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز(AST) ، الکالین فسفاتاز(ALP) و فاکتورهای بیوشیمیای خون(آلبومین و توتال پروتئین )اندازه گیری شد. نتایج با استفاده از آزمون ANOVA و Tukeyمورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: میزان آنزیم های AST و ALT در گروه های تجربی 2و3 نسبت به گروه های کنترل و شاهد افزایش معنی داری را نشان داد. میزان آلبومین در گروه تجربی 3 نسبت به گروه های کنترل و شاهد افزایش معنی داری را نشان داد(05/0>P ). اختلاف معنی داری در میزان آنزیم ALP و پروتئین تام بین گروههای تجربی،کنترل و شاهد مشاهده نشد. نتیجه گیری: احتمالا عصاره آبی-الکلی گیاه گلپر به علت دارا بودن فرانوکومارین و ترانس آنتول باعث تغییر در عملکرد کبد و افزایش ALT، AST شده است. همچنین آلکالوئیدها و فلاونوئیدهای این گیاه میزان آلبومین سرم را افزایش می دهد.

چکیده English

Introduction: Liver is one of the vital organs which has a key role in regulating most physiologic mechanisms. In this research the effects of hydro alcoholic extract of Heraclum persicum, on liver enzymes and blood biochemical factors of male infant rats during pregnancy is investigated. Material and methods: In the emperimental study 40 Wistar male newborn rats were divided into 5 groups of 8, their mothers were divided into 5 groups of 8 too, namely control, sham and 3 experimental . Control group didn’t receive any things, sham group received only distilled water. The experimental groups received 100,200,400 (mg/kg) Heracleum persicum respectively for a period of 21 days (during period of pregnancy). At the end of pregnancy,and 25 days of infancy period blood samples were taken from all subjects and liver enzymes ALT,AST ,ALP also Albumin and total protein were determined by Autoanalyzer in order to evaluate the liver function. Analysed using ANOVA and Tukey tes. Result: levels of AST and ALT enzymes in the experimental group 2 and 3 that received the extracts with 200 and 400 mg/kg dose showed statistically significant increase compared with control and sham groups (p<0/05).level of albumin showed significant increase in the experimental group with 400 mg/kg in comparison with control and sham groups (p<0/05). The serum levels of ALP and total protein did not change significantly in experimental group compared to control and sham groups. Conclusions: The Hydro-Alcohlic extract of Heracleum persicum probably has a significant effect on Change in liver function.This effect may be due to the presence of furanocoumarins and trans-anethole in the extract .this effect is reflected in the increase of ALT and AST also alkaloids and flavonoids it can be attribnted to the increase in the hepatic serum level of the albumin.
