بررسی شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی و ارتباط آن با استرس شغلی و تمایل به ترک خدمت در کارکنان اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی شهرستان جهرم در سال 1403

چکیده
مقدمه: کارکنان اورژانس پیش‌بیمارستانی به دلیل مواجهه با استرس‌های شدید شغلی در معرض خطر بالای اختلالات اسکلتی-عضلانی و استرس روانی قرار دارند. این عوامل علاوه بر تهدید سلامت منجر به نارضایتی شغلی و تمایل به ترک خدمت می‌شود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی و ارتباط آن با استرس شغلی و تمایل به ترک خدمت در کارکنان اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی شهرستان جهرم در سال 1403 انجام شده است.
روش کار: این مطالعه مقطعی تحلیلی در سال 1403 بر روی 123 نفر از تکنسین های اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی شهرستان جهرم که به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند انجام شد. جمع آوری داده ای با استفاده از پرسشنامه های Nordic، تمایل به ترک خدمت Kim و استرس شغلی انجام شد.
یافته ها: شیوع کلی اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی 4/72 %بود. شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی، ناشی از کار به ترتیب در ﮐﻤﺮ61 % ، ﮔﺮدن34.1 % و زانو31.7 % بود. میانگین استرس شغلی 64/28±16/75 بود. میانگین تمایل به ترک خدمت کارکنان، 59/13±69/46 بود. نتایج ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن نشان داد که بین اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی با استرس شغلی (r=0/35, p=0/001) و تمایل به ترک خدمت (r=0/41, p=0/001) در کارکنان اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی جهرم ارتباط معنی دار وجود دارد.
نتیجه گیری: شیوع اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی در کارکنان اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی شهرستان جهرم نسبتاً بالا بود. بین استرس شغلی، اختلالات اسکلتی عضلانی و تمایل به ترک خدمت در کارکنان اورژانس پیش بیمارستانی رابطه‌ای معنادار وجود داشت. با توجه به نقش حیاتی کارکنان فوریت‌های پزشکی بهبود شرایط شغلی آنان باید در اولویت سیاست‌گذاران سلامت قرار گیرد.

چکیده English

Introduction: Prehospital emergency workers are at high risk of musculoskeletal disorders and psychological stress due to exposure to severe occupational stress. In addition to health threats, these factors lead to job dissatisfaction and a tendency to quit. This study aimed to investigate the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders and its relationship with job stress and a tendency to quit in prehospital emergency workers in Jahrom city in 1403.
Methods: This cross-sectional analytical study was conducted in 1403 on 123 prehospital emergency technicians in Jahrom city who were selected by census method. Data collection was performed using Nordic questionnaires, Kim's tendency to quit, and job stress.
Findings: The overall prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders was 72.4%. The prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders caused by work was 61% in the back, 34.1% in the neck, and 31.7% in the knee, respectively. The mean job stress was 75.16±28.64. The mean intention to leave the service of the employees was 46.69±13.59. The results of Spearman's correlation coefficient showed that there is a significant relationship between musculoskeletal disorders and job stress (r=0.35, p=0.001) and intention to leave the service (r=0.41, p=0.001) in pre-hospital emergency workers in Jahrom city.
Conclusion: The prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders among pre-hospital emergency workers in Jahrom city was relatively high. There was a significant relationship between job stress, musculoskeletal disorders and intention to leave the service in pre-hospital emergency workers. Considering the vital role of emergency medical workers, improving their working conditions should be a priority for health policy makers.
