ارتباط بین دریافت ریزمغذی ها، ویتامین های محلول در چربی و شاخص های آنتروپومتریک با افسردگی در دانشجویان پسر رشته پزشکی

چکیده

مقدمه: افسردگی از شایع ترین اختلالات روانی است. با توجه به این که ریز مغذی ­ها نقش به سزایی در سلامت جسمی و روانی افراد دارند، این مطالعه به منظور بررسی ارتباط بین موادمغذی دریافتی ونمایه­ های آنتروپومتریک با افسردگی در دانشجویان پسر رشته پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی یزد درسال 1400 انجام شد.
روش کار: در این مطالعه مقطعی، 245 نفر از دانشجویان پسر شرکت کردند.میزان دریافتی موادمغذی با استفاده از پرسش نامه یادآمد خوراک اندازه گیری شد. ارزیابی‌های تن‌سنجی شامل شاخص توده بدن، نسبت دور کمر به دورباسن و نسبت دور کمر به قد با روش ­های استاندارد انجام شد. نمره افسردگی با پرسش نامه افسردگی بک تعیین شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار SPSS نسخه 26  استفاده شد.
یافته ها: میانگین سن شرکت‌کنندگان 2.3 ± 22.7 سال بود. میانگین شاخص­ توده بدن 8.35 ± 23.56 کیلوگرم‌ بر‌متر ‌مربع، میانگین نسبت دورکمر به دور باسن  0.01 ± 0.9 سانتی ­متر و میانگین نسبت دورکمر به قد  0.03 ± 0.48 سانتی­ متربود. نمره افسردگی با شاخص توده بدن، نسبت دورکمر به دور باسن و نسبت دور کمر به قد طبیعی به طور معناداری کمتر بود(P<0.05). همچنین میانگین نمره افسردگی در گروه دریافت کننده مقدار مناسب سلنیوم، منیزیوم و ویتامین D به‌طور معناداری از گروه بادریافت نامناسب آن‌ها کم‌تر بود(P<0.05).
نتیجه‏ گیری: افزایش شاخص توده بدن، نسبت دور کمر به دور باسن و نسبت دور کمر به قد و کاهش مصرف سلنیوم، منیزیوم و ویتامین D می‌تواند با افزایش بروز افسردگی در دانشجویان پزشکی ارتباط داشته باشد. بنابر این کنترل وزن بدن در شرایط ایده‌آل و دریافت کافی سلنیوم، منیزیوم و ویتامین D به عنوان راه های پیشگیرانه مقابله با برخی از اختلالات خلقی از جمله افسردگی توصیه می شود.

Introduction: Depression is the most common psychological health disorder. Considering that micronutrients have always played a significant role in all physical and psychological aspects of people, this study was conducted to investigate the relationship between nutrients intake and anthropometric profiles with depression in male medical students of Yazd University of Medical Sciences in 2021.
Materials and Methods: 245 students participated in this cross-sectional study.The intake of nutrients in the diet was measured using a food recall questionnaire. Anthropometric evaluations including, body mass index, waist to hip ratio and waist to height ratio were measured using standard methods. Beck depression questionnaire was used to determine the depression score. SPSS26 was used for data analysis.
Results: The average age of the examined samples was 22.7±2.3 years, the average body mass index was 23.56 ± 8.35 kg/m2, the average waist to hip ratio of the samples was 0.90 ± 0.01 cm and the ratio of waist circumference to height of the samples was 0.48 ±0.03. The depression score was significantly lower in group with normal BMI , WHpR and WHtR. Also, the average score of depression in the group with adequate intake of selenium, magnesium and vitamin D was significantly lower than the group with inadequate intake.
Conclusion: According to the result, the increase in BMI, WHpR and WHtR and the decrease in consumption of selenium, magnesium and vitamin D can be associated with increase in the incidence of depression in medical students. Therefore, controlling body weight in ideal condition and getting enough selenium, magnesium and vitamin D can be preventive and perhaps a therapeutic factor to deal with some mood disorders, including depression.
