[English]

Introduction: One of the main causes of diabetes and its spread is an increase in inflammatory factors and a decrease
in anti-inflammatory factors. Therefore, the aim of this study was the effect of eight weeks of resistance training with pomegranate juice supplementation on inflammatory factors. Anti-inflammatory and some lipoproteins in women with type 2 diabetes.
Materials & Methods: The statistical sample of this study was 40 type 2 diabetic women with an age range of 40-55 years who were purposefully selected and randomly divided into four groups: control group (10 people), resistance training group (10 people), consumption group. Pomegranate juice (10 people) and resistance training and pomegranate juice consumption group (10 people) were included. Resistance training group and resistance training group and consumption of pomegranate juice for eight weeks and three sessions of resistance training every week with an intensity of 30% of maximum pre-repetition and at the end of the eighth week reached 80% of maximum background repetition and daily group of pomegranate juice users They consumed 100 cc of pomegranate juice. In order to study the research variables, 4 cc of blood samples were taken from the research samples 48 hours before and after the implementation of
research protocols and in the case of 12 hours of fasting.
Results: Eight weeks of resistance training with pomegranate juice consumption caused a significant increase in
IL-10, HDL levels and a significant decrease in CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, HDL levels in women with diabetes.
Conclusion: The results showed that eight weeks of resistance training with consumption of pomegranate juice reduces some inflammatory factors and increases some anti-inflammatory indices in women with type 2 diabetes.
