مقایسه تأثیر 12هفته تمرین هوازی فزاینده و مصرف شیرین‌بیان بر سطح آدیپونکتین و مقاومت به انسولین در زنان چاق

چکیده

  مقدمه: آدیپونکتین آدیپوکینی تازه کشف شده است که توسط آدیپوسیت ها ترشح می شود وکاهش آن نقش مهمی در بیماری های مرتبط با چاقی از جمله مقاومت به انسولین و بیماری های قلب و عروق دارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه تأثیر 12هفته تمرین هوازی فزاینده و مصرف شیرین بیان بر میزان آدیپونکتین و مقاومت به انسولین در زنان چاق بود.
روش کار: پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی به روش پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. 40 نفراز زنان چاق با میانگین سنی
7.12 ± 37.9 سال، وزن 3.71 ± 90.80 کیلوگرم و شاخص توده بدنی 2.39 ± 36.75 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی به چهار گروه مساوی شامل سه گروه تجربی (گروه تمرین هوازی؛ 10نفر، گروه مصرف شیرین بیان؛ 10نفر، گروه ترکیبی؛ تمرینات هوازی فزاینده به همراه مصرف شیرین بیان؛ 10نفر) و گروه کنترل (10نفر) تقسیم شدند. نمونه خونی اولیه به میزان 10 میلی لیتر از ورید قدامی بازویی آزمودنی ها به منظور اندازه گیری آدیپونکتین ، گلوکز، انسولین و مقاومت به انسولین گرفته شد. سپس آزمودنی های گروه تمرین در برنامه ی تمرین هوازی فزاینده 12 هفته، سه جلسه در هفته، ( از 10 تا 30 دقیقه با استفاده از تردمیل )شرکت کردند. گروه مصرف شیرین بیان به مدت 12 هفته هر روز بعد از غذا یک کپسول حاوی 300 میلی گرم  پودر ریشه شیرین بیان مصرف کردند. گروه ترکیبی به ترکیبی از تمرینات هوازی فزاینده و مصرف شیرین بیان پرداختند. آزمودنی های گروه کنترل در طول پژوهش در هیچ برنامه تمرینی منظم شرکت نکردند. پس از 12 هفته تمامی متغیرها در 4 گروه مجدد اندازه گیری شد. برای مقایسه ی متغیرها در بین گروه های مورد مطالعه از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه و همچنین برای مقایسه های درون گروهی از آزمون t وابسته استفاده شد. سطح
معنا داری p<0.05 در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که میزان آدیپونکتین پلاسما به طور معناداری در هر سه گروه تجربی افزایش یافته درحالی که مقاومت به انسولین، وزن بدن و شاخص توده بدنی کاهش داشت (p<0.05). در ضمن این شاخص ها در گروه کنترل تغییر نکرده بودند.
نتیجه گیری: تمرینات هوازی فزاینده به همراه مصرف شیرین بیان برای کاهش وزن بدن و بهبود مقاومت به انسولین در زنان چاق
می تواند استفاده شود.

Introduction: Adiponectin is a newly discovered adipocin that is secreted by adipocytes and its reduction is a major
contributor to obesity-related diseases, including insulin resistance and cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of 12 weeks of increasing aerobic exercise and consumption of glucose on adiponectin and insulin resistance in obese women.
Materials and Methods: This research is a quazi -experimental, pre-test and post-test with control group. Forty obese women with a mean age of 37.9 ± 7.12 years, weight 90.8 ± 3.71 kg, and body mass index of 36.75 ± 2.39 kg/m2 were selected and randomly divided into four equal groups including three the experimental group) aerobic training group (10 people), the licorice consumption group (10), the combined group (aerobic training and licorice consumption) (10) and the control group (10). An initial blood sample of 10 ml of anterior vein of the subjects was taken to measure adiponectin, glucose, insulin and insulin resistance. Then Subjects in the training group participated in an increased aerobic training program of 12 weeks, 3 sessions per week (10 to 30 minutes using treadmill). Licorice consumption group consumed a capsule containing 300 mg of licorice root powder for 12 weeks every day after a meal. The combined group combines an aerobic training and licorice consumption. The control group did not participate in any regular training program during the study. After 12 weeks, all variables again were measured in four groups. For comparing the variables among the groups, one-way ANOVA and also for intra-group comparisons of Associate t-test was used. The significance level was considered to be P≤0.05.
Results: The results showed that plasma adiponectin level significantly increased in all three experimental groups, while insulin resistance, body weight and body mass index decreased (P<0.05). Meanwhile, these indices in the control group had not changed.
Conclusion: It can be concluded that these exercises, along with the use of licorice to lower body weight and improve
insulin resistance in obese women, can be used.
