اثربخشی روش درمانی AEBT بر کاهش اضطراب و اجتناب تجربی رفتارهای متمرکز بر بدن با پیگیری سه ماهه

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضربررسی اثربخشی روش درمانی AEBT بر کاهش اضطراب و اجتناب تجربی اختلالات موکنی ، کندن پوست آمیخته  و ناخن جویدن در با پیگیری سه ماهه بود . این پژوهش در چهارچوب طرح تک موردی با استفاده از طرح خطوط چندگانه پلکانی طی 10 جلسه همراه با پیگیری سه ماهه بر روی شش بیمار ( برای هر اختلال دو نفر ) صورت گرفت ، نمونه ها با روش هدفمند انتخاب شدند .داده ها از طریق مقیاس های موکنی بیمارستان ماساچوست،مقیاس کندن پوست کتن ، اضطراب بک، پذیرش وعمل و مقیاس ناخن جویدن جمع آوری شد . .نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که AEBT می تواند اضطراب را در بیماران مبتلا به اختلال موکنی ، کندن پوست آمیخته و ناخن جویدن کاهش دهد  همچنین اجتناب تجربی در بیماران مبتلا به موکنی و کندن پوست کاهش یافت و نتایج در دوره پیگیری نیز حفظ شد ولی در خصوص اجتناب تجربی ناخن جویدن این کاهش معنی دار نبوده است و نیاز به مطالعات بیشتری در این خصوص است .

چکیده [English]

  purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of AEBT therapy on reducing anxiety and experiencing avoidance of Mixed Trichotillomania، Skin picking disorder and Nail biting with three month follow up This study was a single-subject experimental design with multiple step-line based and follow-up on six patients (two patients for each disorder) with 10 sessions over the course of three month follow up < span dir="RTL">، Samples were selected using purposeful method. Data was gathering through Massachusetts Hospital – Hair pulling Scale، Keuthen Skin Picking Scale، Beck Anxiety Inventory، Acceptance and Action Questionnaire and Malone- Massler Nail biting scale. The results of this study showed that Acceptance Enhanced Behavioral Therapy can reduce anxiety in patients with trichotillomania، skin picking and Nail biting، as well as experimental avoidance in patients with trichotillomania and skin picking decreased and the results were maintained during the follow-up period، but reduction of experimental avoidance in Nail biting was not significant and requires further studies on this subject.
