اثر هشت هفته تمرین زومبا بر ترکیب بدنی زنان دارای اضافه وزن

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: بی تحرکی یکی از عواملی است که باعث افزایش چاقی می شود.تمرینات ورزشی زومبا اثر مثبتی بر ترکیب بدنی و میزان کالری سوزی و همچنین بهبود استقامت قلبی- عروقی افراد دارد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی اثر هشت هفته تمرینات ورزشی منتخب زومبا بر ترکیب بدنی زنان دارای اضافه وزن بود.

روش بررسی: 29نفر از افراد  زن داوطلب شرکت کننده در تمرینات ورزشی منتخب زومبا شعبه 2 باشگاه ورزشی آرتای شهر شیراز به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب و در دو گروه تجربی (16 نفر) و کنترل (13 نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه تجربی به مدت هشت هفته، سه جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه یک ساعت تمرینات ورزشی منتخب زومبا را انجام دادند. گروه کنترل در این مدت فقط فعالیت های روزانه خود را انجام دادند. قبل از شروع تحقیق و در پایان هفته هشتم ترکیب بدنی اندازه گیری شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل یافته های تحقیق از آزمون های اماری کالموگروف- اسمیرنوف، t مستقل و وابسته استفاده شد (05/0=α).

یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد هشت هفته تمرین ورزشی منتخب زومبا اثر معنی داری بر کاهش درصد چربی بدن (001/0=p < /span>)، شاخص توده بدن (001/0=p < /span>)، توده چربی (001/0=p < /span>) و نسبت دور کمر به باسن (004/0=p < /span>) زنان دارای اضافه وزن دارد، با این وجود اثر معنی داری بر افزایش توده پروتئین زنان دارای اضافه وزن ندارد (92/0=p < /span>).

نتیجه گیری: بر اساس یافته های تحقیق حاضر نتیجه گیری می شود که هشت هفته تمرینات ورزشی منتخب زومبا  می تواند منجر به بهبود ترکیب بدنی زنان دارای اضافه وزن گردد.

چکیده [English]

Background and purpose: lack of movement is one of the factors that can increase obesity. Zumba exercise has a positive effect on body composition and rate of calorie burn and also improve people's cardiovascular endurance.the aim of this study was survey the effects of 8-week selected Zumba fitness trainings on the body composition of women with overweight.

Methodology: 29  women volunteers participating Zumba fitness exercises at Artay club (branch 2), were selected  as statically sample and divided in 2 groups: Zumba fitness training group (16 participants) and control group (13 participants). The experimental group for eight weeks, three times a week and each session an hour of Zumba exercise performed. The control group only did their daily activities, body composition were measured before and after eight weeks Zumba fitness exercises For statistical analysis of data, we used of Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and independent and dependent t- test (α=0/05).

Results: The results showed that the 8-week Zumba fitness training has a significant effect on decrease women’s body fat percentage (p=0/001); body mass index (p=0/001); fat mass (p=0/001); and Waist-to-hip ratio (p=0/004). However, not significant effect on protein mass in overweight women (p=0/92).

Conclusion: Based on the findings, we concluded that eight weeks of Zumba exercise can improve body composition in overweight women.
