اثر 8 هفته تمرین هوازی بر پروتئین وابسته به آگوتی، هورمون‌های اشتها و مقاومت به انسولین در زنان غیر فعال دارای اضافه وزن

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثر 8 هفته تمرین هوازی بر پروتئین وابسته به آگوتی، هورمون‏های اشتها و مقاومت به انسولین در زنان غیر فعال دارای اضافه وزن بود.

روش بررسی: 30 دانشجوی دارای اضافه وزن (BMI بین 25 تا 30) انتخاب و بصورت تصادفی در دو گروه تمرین و کنترل تقسیم شدند. قبل از شروع دوره تمرین و 48 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرین، آزمودنی‏ها پرسشنامه بسامد غذایی را تکمیل نمودند و پس از  نمونه‏گیری خونی استراحتی، ویژگی‏های آنتروپومتریک اندازه‏گیری شد. سپس گروه تمرین در برنامه تمرین هوازی با شدت متوسط به مدت 8 هفته شرکت کردند و گروه کنترل به زندگی روزمره خود را ادامه دادند.

یافته‏ ها: پروتئین وابسته به آگوتی در گروه تمرین به طور معنی‏داری افزایش یافت (001/0=p < /span>). این تغییرات معنی‏دار بین دو گروه نیز مشاهده شد (005/0=p < /span>). درحالیکه تغییرات لپتین، انسولین و مقاومت به انسولین از نظر آماری معنی‏دار نبود (05/0<p < /span>). همچنین تمرین سبب کاهش معنی‏دار انرژی دریافتی و مصرف چربی (01/0=p < /span>) و مصرف کربوهیدرات (05/0>p < /span>) شد؛ درحالیکه تغییرات بین دو گروه تفاوت معنی‏داری را نشان نداد (05/0<p < /span>).

نتیجه‏ گیری: هشت هفته تمرین هوازی با شدت متوسط منجربه کاهش انرژی دریافتی و میزان کربوهیدرات و چربی مصرفی در گروه تمرین شد ولی این تغییرات به اندازه‏ای نبود که تفاوتی با گروه کنترل داشته باشد. احتمالاً تغییرات پروتئین وابسته به آگوتی، بر فاکتورهایی غیر از اشتها اثر گذاشته باشد. به نظر می‏رسد ارائه برنامه غذایی یا آموزش تغذیه‏ای همراه با برنامه ورزشی نتایج موثرتری در پی داشته باشد.

Abstract

Background and Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of 8 weeks of aerobic training on Agouti-related peptide, appetite hormones and insulin resistance in overweight sedentary women.

Materials and Methods: Thirty overweight students (25≥BMI≤30) were selected and randomly divided: training and control. Before the start of practice period, and 48-hr after their last exercise session subjects completed the food frequency questionnaires. Then after blood sampling, their anthropometric characteristics were measured. The Training group participate in 8 weeks moderate intensity aerobic training while the control group continued their normal daily activities.

 Results: Agouti-Related Protein in the exercise group significantly increased (p=0.001). Significant changes were also observed between the two groups (p=0.005). While changes in leptin, insulin and insulin resistance were not statistically significant (P>0.05). Training leads to significant reduction in energy intake and fat (p=0.01) and carbohydrates intake (p<0.05). While the changes between the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05).

Conclusion: although 8 weeks moderate intensity aerobic training led to decrease in calorie intake, fat and carbohydrate consumption but this changes were not significant. Maybe, Agouti-Related Protein changes may affect factors other than appetite. Possibly, offering nutritional education and program along with exercise program can lead to more effective results.
