چکیده

مقدمه: 

یکی از عوامل مهم که آموزش را از حالت ایستا به مسیری پویا و با کیفیت سوق می دهد ارزشیابی است.  ارزیابی کیفیت  برنامه های آموزشی، بازخوردی به چگونگی انجام فرایند آموزش در سطوح مختلف می باشد.  بعلاوه یکی از  مهم ترین راه برای ارتقا ئ کیفیت آموزش و تعیین نقاط قوت و ضعف  فرایند آموزش به شمار می رود  .

مواد و روش ها: این مطالعه به منظور انجام  ارزشیابی درونی با همکاری اعضاء گروه اطفال و مرکز  مطالعات وتوسعه انجام شد این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی می باشد که عواملی نظیر مدیریت و سازماندهی ، فضای آموزش بالینی ، فراگیران(دانشجوی کارآموز و کارورز) ، نیروی انسانی و پشتیبانی ، تجهیزات آموزشی ، پژوهشی ، اعضای هیئت علمی، فرآیند آموزش و یادگیری ، سنجش و میزان دستیابی دانشجویان به اهداف آموزش از طریق الگوی مبتنی بر هدف مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه، چک لیست، مشاهده و مصاحبه از دانشجویان ، اساتید بخش و پرسنل در دو مرحله سالهای 1383 و 1385 جمع آوری شدو با استفاده از آمار توصیفی تجزیه وتحلیل شد 

یافته ها :

نتایج ارزیابی درونی در  حوزه ملاک مدیر گروه و تجهیزات گروه نسبتاً مطلوب برآورده شد . در حوزه فرآیند آموزش و یادگیری و میزان دستیابی دانشجوی بالینی به اهداف آموزشی امتیاز نسبتا" مطلوب تا مطلوب کسب کردند بطوریکه  در زمینه روش های آموزشی و میزان دستیابی به اهداف بخش اطفال 63درصد از دانشجویان تاثیر آموزش در بخش و 50 درصد آموزش در درمانگاه را در حد خوب توصیف نمودند . 66 درصد گزارش صبحگاهی را در حد مطلوب دانستند .فعالیت ها و راندهای آموزشی هیئت علمی و ضعیت مطلوب داشت وشاخص های عملکرد پژوهشی اعضای هیئت علمی گروه مانند تعداد مقالات ، طرح های تحقیقاتی ، تالیف و یا ترجمه کتاب امتیاز نسبتا" مطلوب در سال  1383  و امتیاز مطلوب در سال 1385 کسب کرد .

نتیجه گیری کلی : نتایج نشان داد که گروه اطفال دربعضی از شاخص ها وضعیت مطلوب و دربعضی وضعیت نسبتا"مطلوب داشت نیاز به برنامه ریزی در جهت ارتقاء وضعیت موجود و تقویت نقاط قوت و برطرف نمودن نقاط ضعف ضروری به نظرمی رسد .

چکیده [English]

introduction: One of the main factors that can promote education from a static to a dynamic and effective states is evaluation. Also, evaluation of the qualities of  program provides a feedback on how the educational process is performed in various stage .In addition, evaluation is the most effective means for improving the quality of education, and determines weak and strong  points of education process.

 Material&Methods: This study has been designed as an internal evaluation project by cooperation of pediatrics group and education and development center of Jahrom Medical School. In this study, several components of educational system are evaluated through objective based model including  specific objectives, management of educational planning trainees (extern & intern students), faculty members, educational facilities and equipments, and teaching and learning processes.  The data were obtained by three questionnaire desirable, checklist, observation and interview with medical student, pediatrics faculty members, and also pediatrics ward personnel .The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.

Result : The results showed that the conditions of the head of the group and their  educational equipment were fairly desirable .  As to educational process ,learning and degree of attainment of go al regarding clinical period , the result proved to be rather desirable to desirable . 63% of clinical students were satisfied with educational process in the pediatrics ward, and 50% regard teaching in the out patient department center as good also 66% of  the students stated that morning reports were desirable and faculty member had good educational round. The indicators of the academic staff’s research such as the number of articles research projects, or translation proved to be fairly desirable in 1383 and desirable in publication of 1985  .

Conclusion: Bared on the results of this study , pediatrics ward is in a good to moderate situation. to improve it new programs are required to be planned in order to remove the weak point and promote the strong points
