بررسی سلامت روانی زنان در دوران بارداری و فاکتورهای سایکولوژیک مرتبط با آن در شهرجهرم

چکیده
مقدمه:

تغییرات فیزیولوژیکی و سایکولوژیک عمده ای در ضمن حاملگی و پس از زایمان اتفاق می افتد که گاهی باتغییرات پاتولوژیک نیز همراه می گردد.این مطالعه با هدف بررسی سلامت روان زنان در دوران بارداری وفاکتورهای مرتبط با آن انجام گردیده است.

مواد وروش مطالعه:

این تحقیق یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی (مقطعی )‌است که با هدف بررسی سلامت روانی زنان و برروی 214 زن باردار مراجعه کننده به درمانگاههای زنان وزایمان سطح شهرجهرم و از طریق روش خوشه گیری تصادفی انجام گردیده است. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در این پژوهش فرم پرسشنامه بوده است که بخش اول حاوی اطلاعات دموگرافیک وسپس سوالات مربوطه به آزمون Scl90 با 90 سوال چند گزینه ای هنجار شده جهت بررسی اختلالات روانی در نظر گرفته شده است . پس از
جمع آوری اطلاعات داده ها ، از آمار توصیفی جهت بررسی فراوانی د اده ها و از آمار تحلیلی نظیر آزمون کای جهت بررسی ارتباط بین یافته های دموگرافیک و سایر متغیرهای پژوهش استفاده شده است.

یافته ها :

میانگین به دست آمده از اختلالات روانی مشاهده شده نشان داد که بالاترین میانگین مربوط به افسردگی(94% )و اضطراب(90%) و کمترین میزان در اختلالات روان پریشی(54%) بوده است .در بررسی ضریب کلی علایم مرضی نیز مشخص گردید که 43% افراد به اختلال روانی مشکوک بودند.  ارتباط بین ضریب کلی علایم مرضی و یافته های دموگرافیک مشخص کرد که بین مورد مذکور و تعداد فرزندان ، سن افراد و رضایت از حاملگی ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشته ، ارتباط بین در افسردگی با رضایت از حاملگی ، اضطراب و تعداد فرزندان ، وسواس و رضایت از زندگی زناشویی ، حساسیت بین فردی و نهایتاً رضایت از زندگی زناشویی و پرخاشگری و تعداد فرزندان نیز معنی دار بود (P<.05) .

بحث ونتیجه گیری :

با توجه به شیوع بالای بعضی از انواع اختلالات روانی چون افسردگی واضطراب در  دوران بارداری و تأثیر عوامل مختلف آن ، لزوم اهمیت و تأکید بر مراقبتهای روانی دوران بارداری در کنار مراقبتهای جسمی مشخص گردیده و می بایست با شناسایی مادران مستعد و مراقبتهای روحی و روانی از آنان از بروز این اختلالات پیشگیری نمود.

چکیده English

Many physiological and psychological changes occur in women during pregnancy and often delivery  , after  accompanied by pathologic changes .  The present study aimed at surveying and assessing pregnant  women’s mental health during pregnancy and its refuted factors.

Material & Method :

This is a cross-sectional study ,researching about 214 pregnant wormens mental health referring to the maternity clinics in jahrom . The data were corrected using random cluster sampling method  The instrumpet  of the study was a questionnaire containing demographic information and 90 scl90 questions used for detecting mental disorders .The data were an alyzed both descriptively and analytically using  frequency and chi-squeal tests.


Result :

There  results revealed that the disorders with the highest frequency was depression (94%) and , anxiety (90%) and the lowest belonged to psychosis (54%) .  it was shown that many of them suffered symptoms of disorder  about 43% of them .


Conclusion:

It can be said that mental health care during pregnancy is as important as physical care , that we need defined and identified suspicious mother and we need defined and identified suspicious mother and we need mental and we need mental care to prevent such disorder.
