		<Abstract>Background &amp; Objective: The spermatogenesis is a complicated process which different factors affect it and lead the infertility or fertility reduction. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of the walnut oil on improvement of some busulfan complications in the sperm parameters in rats. Materials &amp; methods: In this study, 32 adult wistar rats were randomly divided into control, busulfan(15mg/kg) and two groups received busulfan + walnut oil groups (0.1 cc and 0.2 cc walnut oil per 100gram body weight). Treated rats 48 days. busulfan was administered intraperitoneally while the walnut oil was administered as gavage. After 48 day, blood was taken from the rats in order to measure testosterone hormone and the sperm parameters were examined. Finally, the study data were entered into the SPSS statistical software (v. 18) and analyzed using the Duncan test. Results: The results revealed a significant decrease in testosterone level)p≤ 0.001(, sperm count and sperm motility and an increase in the sperm number pin head, spiral tail, immotile and non progressive sperm in the busulfan rats compared to control (p&lt;0.05). Also in busulfan + walnut oil groups 0.2 cc the testosterone hormone level increased in comparison to busulfan groups but were not significant. The average immotile and non progressive sperm in received walnut oil groups had decreased compare to busulfan group. Conclusion: According to the study results, walnut oil led to a reduction in the side effects of busulfan on the amount of testosterone and sperm parameters.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Introduction: Liver is one of the vital organs which has a key role in regulating most physiologic mechanisms. In this research the effects of hydro alcoholic extract of Heraclum persicum, on liver enzymes and blood biochemical factors of male infant rats during pregnancy is investigated. Material and methods: In the emperimental study 40 Wistar male newborn rats were divided into 5 groups of 8, their mothers were divided into 5 groups of 8 too, namely control, sham and 3 experimental . Control group didn’t receive any things, sham group received only distilled water. The experimental groups received 100,200,400 (mg/kg) Heracleum persicum respectively for a period of 21 days (during period of pregnancy). At the end of pregnancy,and 25 days of infancy period blood samples were taken from all subjects and liver enzymes ALT,AST ,ALP also Albumin and total protein were determined by Autoanalyzer in order to evaluate the liver function. Analysed using ANOVA and Tukey tes. Result: levels of AST and ALT enzymes in the experimental group 2 and 3 that received the extracts with 200 and 400 mg/kg dose showed statistically significant increase compared with control and sham groups (p&lt;0/05).level of albumin showed significant increase in the experimental group with 400 mg/kg in comparison with control and sham groups (p&lt;0/05). The serum levels of ALP and total protein did not change significantly in experimental group compared to control and sham groups. Conclusions: The Hydro-Alcohlic extract of Heracleum persicum probably has a significant effect on Change in liver function.This effect may be due to the presence of furanocoumarins and trans-anethole in the extract .this effect is reflected in the increase of ALT and AST also alkaloids and flavonoids it can be attribnted to the increase in the hepatic serum level of the albumin.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Background and objective: The growing trend of obesity is one of the biggest health challenges in the world. Stimulating the metabolism and increasing in energy using plant materials is one of the considerable methods to treat obesity. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of aqueous extract of orchid plant roots on colecystokinin hormone serum levels and body weight in male rats. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, 50 adult male Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups equally: control (no drug), sham(which received 1 ml of distilled water), the experimental group 1 (receiver 20 mg / kg aqueous extract of orchid plant roots), experimental group 2 (receiving 40 mg / kg aqueous extract of orchid ) and experimental group 3 (receiver 80 mg / kg aqueous extract of orchid plant). In the experimental groups, the extract was injected intraperitoneally for 28 days. In the twenty-ninth day, the mice were bled for the assessment of colecystokinin hormone serum level. Body weight was measured daily throughout the experiment. Findings: the dose-dependently injection of the aqueous extract of the orchid plant roots led to a significant increase in colesyctokitin hormone serum level and significant decrease in food intake and body weight in comparison to control (p&lt;0.05). Conclusion: The aqueous extract of the orchid plants roots reduces the body weight by increasing colecystokinin hormone serum level.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Background: Using the Salep as an energetic drug and sexual stamina enhancer is common in traditional medicine. This study aims to investigate the effect of aqueous extract of Salep on serum level of progesterone and LH hormones in the female rats. Materials and Methods: In this experimental study, 40 adult female Wistar rats were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups: control (no drug), sham (which received 1 ml distilled water), the experimental group 1 (recipient of 20 mg / kg aqueous extract of Salep), the experimental group 2 (recipient of 40 mg / kg aqueous extract of Salep) and experimental group 3 (recipient of 80 mg / kg aqueous extract of Salep). In the experimental groups the extract was injected intraperitoneally for 28 days. At the end of the experimental term, the mice were bled to examine the serum level of the progesterone and LH hormones (p&lt;0.05). Findings: Injecting the aqueous extract of Salep caused a significant increase in the serum level of progesterone and LH hormones compared to control group (p &lt;0.05). Conclusion: The aqueous extract of Salep can play a positive role in the process of ovulation in females, through increasing the serum levels of progesterone and LH hormones. 		<Abstract>Background: To use appropriate contraceptive methods, families planning have one of the important issues in global health. In medical systems, Medicinal properties have been attributed anti-diabetic, anti-oxidant, anti-fertility, etc. to various parts of mango tree. Materials and Methods: In this study, 35 male rats approximately 250 g was selected and were divided into: control, testator and experimental groups. The control group received sufficient water and food, 0.2 ml distilled water received to testator and about 500, 1000 and 1500 mg/ kg extract mango leaf was prescript to experimental group for 28 days. The weight of each mouse was measured and recorded in the first and last days. For evaluation of reproducibility, the samples were nearby with female rats. The samples were anesthetized and fixed for histological studies. Administration of extract mango leaf, significantly was decreased weight of body and testis at level of P≤ 0.05 . Results: The results showed that administration of extracted mango leaf, significantly decreased weight of body and testis. The number of male sexual cells, Sertoli and Ledig and the seminiferous tubule diameter, seminiferous epithelium height and fertility rate were decreased significantly. Conclusion: Extract mango leaf can be reduced effect on activity of the male reproductive system, and probably, can be recommended as a benefit material for birth control.</Abstract>

The samples were anesthetized and fixed for histological studies. Administration of extract mango leaf, significantly was decreased weight of body and testis at level of P≤ 0.05 . Results: The results showed that administration of extracted mango leaf, significantly decreased weight of body and testis. The number of male sexual cells, Sertoli and Ledig and the seminiferous tubule diameter, seminiferous epithelium height and fertility rate were decreased significantly. Conclusion: Extract mango leaf can be reduced effect on activity of the male reproductive system, and probably, can be recommended as a benefit material for birth control.</OtherAbstract>

		<Abstract>Introduction: Diabetes mellitus is one of the most important metabolic disorders worldwide. Today numerous medicinal plants have been used for the management of diabetes mellitus. The aim of this study was to assess the effect of Echium amoenum (EA) hydroalcoholic extract on blood glucose and weight in diabetic rats. Materials and Methods: In this study, 30 male Wistar rats, were randomly divided to five groups with six rats per group: control diabetic diabetic rats treated with hydroalcoholic extract of EA (100, 400 and 600 mg/kg). Diabetes was induced in the rats by administrating a single dose of Streptozotocin (60 mg/kg, ip). Blood sugar and animal’s weight were measured on day 0 (baseline), 10, 20 and 30 day after baselines. Finally, insulin and activities of superoxide dismutase enzyme (SOD) levels were determined. Results: In all groups treated with extract the mean of weight was significantly increased compared whit diabetic group (P&lt;0.05) and the mean of blood glucose showed a significant decrease compared whit diabetic group (P&lt;0.05). Insulin levels in animals treated with a dose of 600 mg/kg extracts showed a significant increase compared with diabetic group. SOD activity in groups receiving doses of 400 and 600 mg/kg increased compared to the diabetic group (P&lt;0.05). Conclusion: This study proved that the EA hydroalcoholic extract has hypoglycemic effect and could be prevented Weight loss due to diabetes. These effects are probably due to the presence of compounds such as flavonoids, saponins and its antioxidant features.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>Background: Although the use of pesticides to control agricultural pests are the most effective, but its harmful effects on the ecosystem that can&amp;#39;t be ignored .Therefore, to survey the effect of Deltamethrine with widely used and vitamin C with antioxidant role in protective of it, were studied. Methods: 63 rats (Wistar) weighing 200 ± 15 g were divided into 9 groups. groups include control (no treatment), sham 1 (received water), sham 2 were injected ( 20 mg / kg/b.wt) Vitamin C, 3 treatment groups, respectively (2.5, 5 and 10) mg/kg/b.wt of deltamethrin and 3 groups treated with the same doses of Deltamethrin + vitamin C (20mg / kg/b.wt) injected intraperitoneal within 14 days. After 14 dayst, Rat&amp;#39;s kidneys were separated, fixed in formalin (10%), slide prepared, staining and tissue change were studied with L.M. Obtain data were analyzed and compared by using SPSS, ANOVA and Dankan test (P&lt; 0.05). Results:The most of changes were respectively in diameter of Bowman’s capsule, glumerules and collecting tube in treatment groups. No significant deference was in all groups. The obtained micrographs confirmed the above results and induction of glumerules, cell destruction and tissue full of blood were observed. Conclusion: According to obtained results, the effect of Deltamethrine on kidney tissue, is low and Vitamin C with usage dose, didn’t protective effect. 		<Abstract>Comparison of Doppler ultrasonographic indices before and after cyclosporine A peak serum level in stable kidney transplanted recipients Abstract: Background: Doppler ultrasonography is the best tool for assessment of transplanted kidneys’ vascular status. On the other hand cyclosporine A widely consume to prevent graft rejection, has some vasoconstriction effects influence the Doppler parameters. To date, there has been little agreement on this effect. This paper will focus on the evaluation of whether cyclosporine A was affect the Doppler parameters. Materials and methods: A cross-sectional study was performed on 31 stable patients, between 6-18 months after transplantation. All patients were received immunocompromised treatment including cyclosporine A. Interarenal Doppler indices, resistive index (RI) and pulsatility index and end diastolic velocity (EDV) and peak systolic velocity (PSV) were measured at interlobar artery level before and 2 hour after (peak serum level) the oral intake of cyclosporine A. Data analysis were made by SPSS software to estimate the influence of cyclosporine A on the Doppler parameters. Results: compared with Doppler parameters before and 2hour after cyclosporine A, among patients with mean serum creatinin levels about 1.3, values remained unchanged. Conclusion: In this study, consumption of cyclosporine A dose not lead to acute rise in ultrasonographic Doppler indices.</Abstract>
