شب ادراری در کودکان سنین دبستان شهر جهرم و فاکتورهای موثر بر آن

چکیده

شب ادراری از بیماریهای شایع کودکان است که در مناطق مختلف دنیا دارای شیوع متفاوت می باشد. فاکتورهای گوناگون در بروز آن دخیل است که نیاز است در هر منطقه بررسی گردد. هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی شیوع ادراری در کودکان سنین دبستان شهر جهرم وعوامل موثر در بروز آن
 می باشد.

در مطالعه مقطعی حاضر یک هزار کودک درسنین 11-6 سال به صورت خوشه ای دو مرحله ای از بین کودکان سنین دبستان انتخاب شده وبا استفاده از پرسشنامه والدین  آنان مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند.

شیوع شب ادراری به طور کلی 5/16 درصد بوده است که در پسران با شیوع 7/19 درصد شایع تر از دختران (2/12% ) بوده است. خواب عمیق وسطح پایین تحصیلات والدین از فاکتورهای موثر بر شب ادراری بوده است . رابطه ای بین شب ادراری وتعداد فرزندان، شغل والدین، سطح اجتماعی –اقتصادی وسابقه عفونت ادراری مشاهده نگردید. شیوع شب ادراری در فرزندان اول خانواده شایعتر بوده است . تنها یک سوم والدین جهت درمان کودکان خود اقدام کرده اند.

با توجه به شیوع بالای شب ادراری در شهر جهرم وبا در نظر گرفتن عوامل موثربرشب ادراری مانند سطح تحصیلات والدین وخواب عمیق در کودک لزوم آشنایی وآموزش مناسب والدین در جهت کنترل ادرار ودرمان این کودکان مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

Introduction:

To investigate the prevalence of enuresis in school- age children in Iran .


Method:

One thousands children aged 6-11 years old were included in the present study and were evaluated by questionnaire .


Results :

The prevalence of nocturnal enuresis for males was 19.7%females 12.2% and overall prevalence was 16.5% Deep sleep in children and low education of their parents were associated with enuresis .No correlation between enuresis and parent’s job , family size was detected but more common in first child of family .The neurotic children that referred were managed with imipramine .54.9% responded to this drug.


Conclusion:

In conclusion, enuresis is an important problem for both family and children especially in high prevalence area. Specific guidelines must be developed for education of parents and management of neurotic children
